Venchi – Valentine’s Day Gift Box
Celebrating love in all its forms through seasonal packaging
Challenge
Design a Valentine’s Day chocolate gift box for Venchi that would feel emotional, elegant and contemporary while staying true to the brand’s joyful Italian heritage.
The packaging needed to celebrate Valentine’s Day while expanding the idea of love beyond romance. The objective was to create a seasonal gift box that could speak to different expressions of affection, from romantic love to friendship, family bonds and everyday gestures of care.

Approach
We developed the concept around the embrace as a universal expression of love, care and human connection.
Rather than relying on classic Valentine’s Day symbols alone, the visual language translates the gesture of embracing into abstract, fluid forms. These shapes move across the heart-shaped box like a soft pattern, creating a sense of warmth, movement and intimacy.
The red and pink palette keeps the packaging clearly connected to Valentine’s Day, while the abstract illustration system gives the design a more contemporary and inclusive expression. The central Venchi logo remains framed and visible, allowing the seasonal artwork to support the brand without overpowering it.
